Financial literacy supporters

DOLLAR WISE (April 18, 2012) - From right, Sen. Ted W. Lieu of Torrance, state Controller John Chiang and Asm. Mike Eng of Monterey Park joined together to promote a free financial literacy fair for California consumers  on the state Capitol's north steps. Featuring 20 exhibitors on topics ranging from college savings plans to investing to taxes, the event included Lieu explaining his Senate Bill 1080, which would help improve the teaching of financial literacy in public schools.
