MEET THE PRESS

SANTA MONICA (April 13, 2012) - Sen. Ted W. Lieu meets with reporter Ashley Archibald and editor Kevin Herrera of the Santa Monica Daily Press to talk about pending legislation, his record and issues of interest to Santa Monica-area residents. Among the bills Lieu discussed was his plan for hearings on pollution from Santa Monica Airport, Senate Bill 1055, Rental Payment Flexibility, and SB 1066, Climate Change. Archibald and Herrera, in turn, provided Lieu journalists' views of local growth, development, trailer parks, water quality, post office service, 'living wage' and related issues of concern to Santa Monicans.
