Measure narrowly passes on 21-19 vote
SACRAMENTO – State Sen. Ted W. Lieu, D-Torrance, today voted in support of Gov. Brown’s vision for a high-speed rail network in California, making the following statement on the Senate Floor shortly before passage:
“If you still believe in the California dream, in our resources and our people, if you believe our best days are yet to come, you will vote for this.”
