SACRAMENTO – A measure to crack down on those who falsely report emergencies, including at homes of entertainers, celebrities and public officials, by imposing increased restitution undergoes its first policy hearing tomorrow, Tuesday, April 9, 2013.

Senate Bill 333 by Sen. Ted W. Lieu of Torrance is scheduled to be heard by the Senate Public Safety Committee, which meets at 9:30 a.m. in Room 3191.

Robert and Monica Fortunato were selected for their leadership and dedication to promoting energy efficiency upon the successful completion of their innovative Green Idea House case study.

Lieu to attend Genesis Awards Saturday night

BEVERLY HILLS – The Humane Society of the United States, the nation's largest animal protection organization, tomorrow will roll out the red carpet for those who have showcased animal issues last year, including Sen. Ted W. Lieu of Torrance.
