Welcome! I’m Senator Lola Smallwood-Cuevas, and I’m honored to represent nearly one million residents in the 28th Senate District, one of California’s most diverse regions in Los Angeles. I spent more than two decades working as a labor organizer and civil rights activist before my election to the State Senate. It is my privilege to serve California’s residents by presenting legislation that will create a more equitable economy for working families.
Sincerely,
As we bring another year to a close, I’m pleased to share this issue that reflects on our progress in 2024 and what we’ve accomplished together.
